Shipping & Policies

*MAMM Couture's current turnaround time is 4 weeks out, EXCLUDING RUSH ORDERS. Orders are processed the following business day from the date order is placed, excluding Rush Orders. All orders placed on weekends/Holidays will be processed the following business day. The date your order ships will be reflected from the date your order is processed. This means that your order will be shipped out 4 weeks from the processing date. 

Example: If you place your order on Saturday, May 4th, 2024, your order will be processed on Monday, May 6th, 2024 and will be shipped out Monday, June 3rd, 2024.

*All packages are shipped via USPS with $50 insurance included. If you  would like to add additional insurance coverage, please email us and that can be added for an additional fee. Tracking information will be updated via email once your package has shipped. Orders over $100 will be shipped with Signature Delivery.

MAMM Couture is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. All claims must be filed with USPS. Please understand that once we ship your package, it is out of our control. We are not responsible for any packages that are delayed during transit as we have no control over the shipping couriers time.

*INTERNATIONAL ORDERS* Buyer is responsible for any/all additional custom fees in the receiving Country. MAMM Couture does not cover any custom fees on your end. If your package is returned due to non-payment of custom fees, customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges

*We only ship to the address provided during checkout. No exclusions. Billing and shipping zip codes must match or your order will be refunded. 

*Due to the fact MAMM Couture only provides custom orders, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there was a mistake made on our end.
