YES! We do not accept orders unless we can deliver by the date needed, within our current turnaround time. There is no need to check back in with us to ask if you will receive your order on time. We know how important & special your event is & we work diligently to make sure you have your custom made items on time, our goal is to keep you satisfied!
You can request for your order to be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, we do not accept cancellations/refunds.
