When will my order be ready to ship?

How is my order coming along?

Just fine👍 We are working on orders daily and in a timely manner. We have orders coming in & going out daily so if you're asking about your order that is not scheduled to ship for another week or two, it is very likely we have not begun the production of your order yet.

Will I receive my order on time?

YES! We do not accept orders unless we can deliver by the date needed, within our current turnaround time. There is no need to check back in with us to ask if you will receive your order on time. We know how important & special your event is & we work diligently to make sure you have your custom made items on time, our goal is to keep you satisfied!

Can I cancel my order?

You can request for your order to be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, we do not accept cancellations/refunds.

How will I know when my order is on its way?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
